  • La salsa roja está hecha simplemente con pimientos de piquillo, sazonado y con una buena cantidad de azúcar; es mas un pure o coulis que una salsa, y te recomiendo si lo elaboras en casa Miguel Angel, que tenga algo mas de densidad que una salsa para que cuando salsees con la crema ligera de queso no se mezclen en el plato.

    LITTLE BREASTS OF CHICKEN ON COULIS OF PIQUILLOS, WITH VOLCANO OF SHIITAKIS TO THE SMOOTH BLUE CHEESE CREAM
